Our project was a bit complex, as our plan was to continue to use [Microsoft Dynamics] AX (wind down) through the end of the year, and run [Microsoft Dynamics] D365 as well. We needed data from two systems out to our EDI vendors, and would receive data back that had to be split out between the two systems.
StoneDonut came to our site to review the requirements, meet the team, and form a plan for our go live. During their discovery sessions, they not only learned about Pivot’s processes, but also asked about our current EDI environment, and what we would like to see change. They asked questions about topics we never even thought (or knew) about.
They not only created an EDI portal that worked far better than our existing program, but also did it on time. Our go live was successful, and we continue to use StoneDonut today with new enhancements in D365 (not EDI related). We have monthly calls to review status, and with each call, they make suggestions on how to take our system to the next level.
Their knowledge and responsiveness has made them a valued partner with Pivot Interiors. I look forward to working with them for many years in the future.

StoneDonut was initially retained by RPM in 2016 to help them address the resource challenges they were encountering with their high-priority enterprise data warehouse initiative. StoneDonut was able to resolve the entrenched issues and support the successful roll-out of the warehouse to the pilot group of RPM companies.
RPM continued to engage StoneDonut as the warehouse was expanded to include nearly all the other RPM companies. This new enterprise data warehouse enabled insights and analytics across the RPM enterprise that was previously not possible.
StoneDonut’s role was later expanded to leverage their Microsoft D365 expertise to directly pull data from new D365 implementations at several of the RPM companies. Recently RPM further expanded StoneDonut’s role to include report development for new Microsoft D365 implementations at several of its operating companies, and to provide assistance with a new enterprise web application.
Throughout all of this StoneDonut has demonstrated a thorough understanding of the technology and a consistent commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of RPM.

StoneDonut has been our “go to” company for all of our SAP integration needs via Microsoft’s BizTalk Server middleware integration platform. StoneDonut helped us with migrating our BizTalk 2010/SAP integration solutions to BizTalk 2016. When we upgraded our current SAP environment, StoneDonut managed all of the EDI integration requirements to utilize the latest SAP schemas.
They completed their work on time and we successfully implemented the upgrade as planned. StoneDonut developed a custom product configurator application in Azure that integrated into our ERP system and streamlined our access to selling our products via online channels. We achieved our ROI in the first six months of using their solution and more than tripled our sales over a two-year period. They also refactored an earlier Azure integration solution, which reduced our Azure subscription costs by 60%. They have been very helpful in expanding our business through the use of Cloud technology.

As part of our migration to Microsoft Dynamics AX, we needed to integrate our P2P procurement solution to the back end ERP system. StoneDonut worked with the P2P solution provider and Microsoft to develop an integration solution utilizing Microsoft’s BizTalk Server platform as the middleware provider.
They developed the entire integration process, which also managed message faults, notifications, and self-cleansing of the message database of unneeded messages. The project was a success and our staff was able to take over the management of the production solution with very little oversight. StoneDonut provided a quality solution that we continue to use to this day.
